Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A deposit for all services is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be deducted off your service price on the day of your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so online at least 24 hours in advance. If you cannot reschedule online please reach out to me as soon as possible. One reschedule allowed per booking. If you CANCEL or RESCHEDULE your appointment providing LESS THAN a 24 hour notice, you will be charged for the full service of your appointment.
NO CALL, NO SHOWS/ LAST MIN. CANCELLATIONS:
If you no call, no show or give less than a 24 hr notice regarding cancelling your appointment 100% of your appointment will be charged to your card on file. You may also be banned from booking another appointment.
LATE FEE:
Unless communicated to me prior, if you are 10 minutes late to your appointment there will be at $10 late fee. Over 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and the remaining cost of your appointment will be charged. Please understand being late 15 minutes or more will disrupt the next scheduled appointment. Please respect my time as I do yours!
