CANCELLATION POLICY

THE BEAUTY PARLOR POLICIES By booking, you agree to the following: DEPOSIT A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your service total. Deposits secure your reserved time and prevent other clients from booking that appointment. ⸻ RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS You may reschedule your appointment one time with at least 24 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the service total. This policy is in place because last-minute cancellations leave gaps that cannot be filled. ⸻ NO-CALL, NO-SHOW No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may be restricted from future bookings. ⸻ LATE POLICY Please arrive on time to receive your full service. • 10+ minutes late: $10 late fee • 15+ minutes late: Appointment will be cancelled and 50% of the service total will be charged Late arrivals affect the quality of your service and the next scheduled client. ⸻ GUEST POLICY To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, no extra guests are permitted unless approved in advance. ⸻ SQUEEZE-IN APPOINTMENTS Squeeze-in appointments are reserved for clients requesting availability outside of normal booking hours, on fully booked days, or with short notice. A $30 squeeze-in fee will be applied in addition to the service total. This fee compensates for schedule adjustments and extended availability. Squeeze-in appointments are limited and not guaranteed.
